When will I receive my order?
All items shipped within the Netherlands will be received within 5 working days. Items sent within Europe can take up to a week and any other international orders might take longer.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can return any damaged items to us for an exchange only. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. To return an item, please email customer service at hi@houseofnotoire.com. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be exchanged: eBooks and sale items.
